Does this come with training materials to use when training my workers?

This is an online training program that will award you with a train-the-trainer certificate upon successful completion. It does not include materials to use when training your workers. We do have a complete instructor package that does include training materials. Do I have to complete an exam?

Yes. In addition to the shorter quizzes that are completed following each lesson, you’ll be required to successfully complete a final exam in order to receive your certification. Will you send my certificate in the mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the training program, you’ll be awarded a certificate in PDF format. You’ll be able to instantly view, download, and print your certificate at any time through your account. You’ll also receive a copy via email.

How long does it take to complete the forklift train the trainer program?

The average time to complete the course is around 6 hours, however, this can vary significantly due to several factors. You also have the ability to stop and resume the course as required. Some learners complete it in a single sitting while others spread it out over weeks.

Will you send me training materials in the mail?

We do not provide physical copies of the training content. The train the trainer course is taken entirely online and all of our training content included in the bundles is downloadable and can be accessed instantly after purchase.
