Assigning Online Training
There are a few different ways you can enroll employees into your account. This will depend on the number of employees you’re enrolling and whether or not they have individual email addresses.
Note: We recommend enrolling users with their email addresses as this is a more streamlined process that results in a much better experience for you and your trainees.
Selecting a Course
Learners are adding/enrolled at the course level. Before enrolling, ensure you’ve selected the correct course from the drop-down at the top of the page.
If you have purchased registrations for a single course only, that course will be displayed by default, and no additional options will exist in the dropdown.
