Enrolling Existing Users

If you’re enrolling employees who you previously added into a new course, you can easily enroll them from the Enroll Existing Users option.

Simply click on the Enroll Existing User tab to see a list of users who are NOT enrolled in the course that’s currently selected, but have been enrolled in another course.

Enroll Existing Users

Check the box next to the learner(s) you would like to enroll in the selected course and click on the “Enroll Now” button.

You will receive a success message once the enrollment is complete.

Learners who have previously been enrolled using their email addresses will receive an enrollment notification for the new course via email and can access their new course(s).
