What happens after I buy Canada online safety training courses?

If you’re buying online training for your employees, after successfully checking out via our secure payment form, a “Group Leader” account will automatically be created and you’ll be instantly logged in. You will be able to start enrolling your staff into the training immediately by filling out and submitting a simple form. Your staff will receive notifications via email letting them know they’re enrolled along with a link back to the site and a password. You will also have the ability to view progress and view/print certificates from a simplified training report.

If you’re buying online training for yourself, you’ll get instant access to your course after checkout and get started immediately. Once you complete your course, you’ll get instant access to your certificate in PDF format.

Are the online safety training courses compliant?

Absolutely. All of our Canadian safety training courses are developed by experience health and safety professionals and meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

How long before I can start assigning training to my workers?

You can start assigning training immediately after signing up and making the purchase through our secure checkout form. The whole process literally takes only a few minutes. Your workers will receive an email advising that they’ve been assigned the training, as well as login credentials and a link to the site. They can start their training immediately.

Will you send training certificates in the mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the course, learners will be awarded their certificates in PDF format. Certificates will be emailed to learners as well as stored in their accounts for future viewing and printing. Group leaders who manage training for their workers will have the ability to view and print certificates for each of their employees directly from their Group Leader account. This means all record-keeping is done automatically!

Do my workers require an email address to take the training?

No. You are able to assign training to your workers who do not have an email address

Can the online safety training courses be completed on mobile devices?
