The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) has a standard that outlines many guidelines and recommendations relating to forklifts. Among these are very specific requirements relating to forklift operator training.

The reason for this is that each workplace is different and poses unique hazards.

Instead, there are shorter knowledge assessments (quizzes) positioned at the end of each module. These quizzes are required to be completed in order to progress through the course.
