There is no limit to the number of employees that can be trained using the video, however, a video will need to be purchased for each location. For example, if you have one location where there are 100 employees that need to be trained, you will only need to purchase one video training package. If you have three locations that each have 50 people that need to be trained, you will need to buy three video training packages. Discounts are available for additional locations. We also offer custom licensing for specific scenarios. You can contact us to learn more.

You will have access to download the video and view it via streaming for 365 days when you purchase the “downloadable” package. The “streaming” version allows access for 365 days. If you renew the streaming video package prior to its expiration, you’ll receive a 50% renewal discount.

Only one user can log into your account at a time. If you’re looking for a solution where multiple employees can log in at once to take their training, you should consider our online training solutions.

Definitely not. These packages can only be used to train your direct employees or contractors. External consultants and trainers cannot use our content to train clients regardless of whether or not they’re making a profit from the training. Contact us for special licensing for this purpose.
