What happens after I buy the training?

After successfully checking out via our secure payment form, a “Group Leader” account will automatically be created and you’ll be instantly logged in. You will be able to start enrolling your staff into the training immediately by filling out and submitting a simple form. Your staff will receive notifications via email letting them know they’re enrolled along with a link back to the site and a password. You will also have the ability to view progress and view/print certificates from a simplified training report.

Is the Online MEWP Training compliant?

Absolutely. This Online Mobile Elevating Work Platform Training course has been developed by very experienced Health and Safety Professionals and meets the training content requirements as outlined in the CSA B354 MEWP standards.

How long before I can start assigning training to my workers?

You can start assigning training immediately after signing up and making the purchase through our secure checkout form. The whole process literally takes only a few minutes. Your workers will receive an email advising that they’ve been assigned the training, as well as login credentials and a link to the site. They can start their training immediately.

Will you send MEWP certificates in the mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the course, your employees will be awarded a MEWP certificate and wallet card in PDF format. Certificates will be emailed to your employees as well as stored in their accounts for future viewing and printing. As a Group Leader, you will have the ability to view and print certificates for each of your employees directly from your Group Leader account. This means all record-keeping is done for you automatically!

Do my workers require an email address to take the training?

No. You are able to assign training to your workers who do not have an email address

Can the MEWP training be completed on mobile devices?

When do your MEWP certificates expire?

MEWP certificates expire 5 years from the date that they’re issued per the CSA standard. Many employers choose to train their operators more frequently. For example, a 3-year re-training period is general considered a best practice.
