I can’t proceed to the next module

In most cases, if you’re unable to move on to the next module, it’s because you haven’t completed or passed the module quiz.

Each module contains a quiz that must be completed prior to moving on to the next module. Quizzes are located at the bottom of the module page.

If you’ve completed and passed the module quiz and are still unable to access the next module, please open a support ticket and a representative will be in touch with you very quickly to assist you in resolving your issue.
