Do I have to complete an exam?

Yes. In addition to the shorter quizzez that are completed following each lesson, you’ll be required to successfully complete a final exam in order to receive your certification. No worries if you don’t complete the exam on the first attempt – you’ll have the ability to review the course content and retake the exam to achieve a passing score.

Will you send my certificate in the mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the training program, you’ll be awarded a certificate in PDF format. You’ll be able to instantly view, download, and print your certificate at any time through your account. You’ll also receive a copy via email.
