Qu’est-ce qu’on entend par une vidéo streaming?

Nope. You can view the video as many times as you like.

Est-ce qu’il y a un nombre maximal de travailleurs que nous pouvons former?

There is no limit to the number of employees that can be trained using the video, however, a video will need to be purchased for each location. For example, if you have one location where there are 100 employees that need to be trained, you will only need to purchase one video training package. If you have three locations that each have 50 people that need to be trained, you will need to buy three video training packages. Discounts are available for additional locations. We also offer custom licensing for specific scenarios. You can contact us to learn more.

Est-ce que la vidéo peut être téléchargée?

Because this package include streaming video content, it cannot be downloaded to your PC. Contact us for special licensing that allows video content to be directly downloaded.

Combien de temps aurai-je accès à la vidéo?

You will have access to the video for 365 days after which time you will have the option to renew. If you renew the package prior to its expiration, you’ll receive a 50% renewal discount.

Est-ce que la trousse se renouvèlera automatiquement?

The package currently does not renew and charge your credit cart automatically. You will have the option to manually renew prior to the expiration and take advantage of a 50% early renewal discount.

Est-ce que plusieurs personnes peuvent ouvrir une session en même temps?

Only one user can log into your account at a time. If you’re looking for a solution where multiple employees can log in at once to take their training, you should consider our online training solutions.

Je suis un formateur/consultant et j’aimerais utiliser la vidéo SIMDUT pour former mes clients. Est-ce possible?

Definitely not. This package can only be used to train your direct employees or contractors on-site External consultants and trainers cannot use our content to train clients regardless of whether or not they’re making a profit from the training. Contact us for special licensing for this purpose.
